大禹嶺簡介
大禹嶺被稱為台灣高山茶之王，與之齊名的梨山華崗被稱為高山茶之后。大禹嶺只有五家茶園，分別以中橫公路的位置為名，數字越大者海拔越高。
105K (海拔 2500 公尺) 已被收為國有林地，並無市面上正常流通茶葉。
103K (海拔 2450 公尺) 目前市面上有可能買到的最高海拔大禹嶺茶葉。
101K (海拔 2400 公尺) 茶學家團隊所販售之大禹嶺茶葉。
100K 與 95K。
大禹嶺高山茶風味 Taste Notes
2022 冬茶摘採得比往年好。有經典白花、竹子香氣之外，還有淡淡的烤米香，和一點太陽的味道。
茶湯喝入口是細緻的花香，很甜，尾韻融合了鮮味和礦物感。整體風格比以前的冬茶更優雅。
This Dayuling winter tea leaves were picked better than past few years.
Classic nose of white flower, bamboo, and baked rice, little bit like smell of sun.
The tea tastes great, you can feel the silky floral flavor. It's very sweet with umami and mineral after taste. Overall the tea style is more elegant than other Dayuling winter tea from other years.
