大禹嶺簡介
大禹嶺被稱為台灣高山茶之王,與之齊名的梨山華崗被稱為高山茶之后。大禹嶺只有五家茶園,分別以中橫公路的位置為名,數字越大者海拔越高。
105K (海拔 2500 公尺) 已被收為國有林地,並無市面上正常流通茶葉。
103K (海拔 2450 公尺) 目前市面上有可能買到的最高海拔大禹嶺茶葉。
101K (海拔 2400 公尺) 茶學家團隊所販售之大禹嶺茶葉。
100K 與 95K。
大禹嶺高山茶風味 Taste Notes
2023 大禹嶺春茶因為氣候的關係比以往晚了數週摘採、製作,但幸運的是採收、製茶時的天氣很好,這次大禹嶺 101K 春茶有非常棒的品質。
香氣方面依然是濃郁的花香,有著香水般的風格。喝起來鮮甜滑順,膠質豐富,甜感如方糖,毫無瑕疵。
In 2023, due to the weather conditions, the harvesting and processing of Dayuling spring tea were delayed by several weeks compared to previous years. Fortunately, the weather during the harvesting and tea-making period was excellent, resulting in an exceptional quality for the Dayuling 101K spring tea.
The aroma of this tea remains rich in floral notes, with a fragrance reminiscent of perfumes. When consumed, it delivers umami, sweet and smooth taste, with a rich texture and a sweetness akin to sugar cubes, without any flaws.
