和遇到久旱的春茶比起來，這次2023 阿里山金萱冬茶可以說是在很好的環境下生長。
有著濃郁的奶香，帶一點檸檬、青蘋果、奶油香氣。金萱茶茶湯喝起來甜如方糖水，有一絲絲鮮味和青蘋果感，尾韻有些礦物氣息。
Compared to encountering long droughts, the 2023 Alishan Jinhsuan Winter Tea was grown under very favorable weather.
You can smell the milky aroma, with hints of lemon, green apple, and creaminess from the tea when making tea.
The tea exudes a sweetness akin to sugared water, carrying a subtle freshness and green apple sensation, with a lingering hint of mineral essence in its aftertaste.
