華崗是和大禹嶺齊名的台灣高山茶最佳產區，被譽為高山茶之后 (大禹嶺為高山茶之王)。
Hua-Gang is one of the best high mountain tea region in Taiwan. Dayuling is called the KING of high mountain tea, and Hua-Gang is the QUEEN of the high mountain tea.
和去年華崗冬茶的竹子與蘭花香比起來，今年春茶的香氣先是紅糖般的甜感，隨後飄出經典的竹香與蘭花香。
喝起來滑順細膩，有如方糖般的甜滋味，口中會留下精緻的花香。尾韻細長優雅。
Compared to the bamboo and orchid fragrance of last year's Huagang winter tea, this year's spring tea begins with a sugary sweetness and then releases the classic scents of bamboo and orchid. ＴThe tea is smooth and delicate, offering a sweet akin to cube sugar, leaving floral flavor in the mouth. The aftertaste is long and elegant.
