福壽山是台灣最早開墾的高山茶區之一，產量低、品質極高，市場價格一直居高不下。擁有非常複雜的香氣與鮮甜滋味，頗受資深茶友喜愛。
Fu-Shou-Shan Farm is one of the oldest high mountain tea region in Taiwan. Low yield and high quality makes the tea price very high. There's complex aroma and sweetness in Fu-Shou-Shan tea. It's one of the best choises for tea lovers.
福壽山春茶有白花、竹子般的香氣，香氣柔軟帶著鮮香。
茶湯喝起來發酵比較輕，有點偏綠茶的質地。有著清爽的青蘋果風味，和冰糖般的甜感，尾韻質地比較硬。
The Fu-Shou-Shan spring tea exudes aromas of white flowers and bamboo, with a delicate and umami nose.
The tea is lighter fermented than normal, presenting a texture akin to green tea. It boasts refreshing green apple notes and a crystal sugar-like sweetness, finishing with a firmer texture.
