這批阿里山高山茶是製茶老師專門為這次冬茶特別做的版本，延長日曬萎凋與攪動來增加發酵，可以大大加強風味濃度，把原本輕發酵的茶再添增一層輕柔的果味，重現三十年前的古典高山茶風味。
This exclusive batch of Alishan high mountain tea is made by the tea master with special process. Longer sunny withering and tea leaves rolling makes the fermentation goes further than other high mountain tea.
The special process enhances the flavor of tea and add little bit fruit flavor, which is a retro of high mountain tea 30 years ago.

特製的阿里山高山茶擁有獨特的蘋果香氣和一點點萊姆香，伴隨著經典花香之外，還有一種性感的肉味。
喝起來的滋味強勁，質地也比較硬，建議使用 92~95°C 的水泡茶。鮮味與果味都很活潑，像是沒有酸度的白酒，尾韻非常回甘。
The exclusive Alishan tea has the special aroma of apple and lime with hint of classic floral. You can also find sexy meat smell in it.
The tea is intense and the texture is harder that we recommend brewing the tea with 92~95°C hot water. The umami and fruit flavor is so good that the taste like white with without any acid, and the back sweet in aftertaste is awesome as well.
