奇萊山位於梨山的東邊，是台灣非常知名的登山勝地。奇萊山上有少數茶園，生產非常優秀的茶，但產量較少。
這個奇萊山冬茶有著竹葉與白花香氣，帶一點點糖霜香，有點類似梨山的風格。茶湯甘甜可口，稍微放涼後，花香會湧出，並且浮現紅糖班的甜感。
Mt. Chilai is a well-known mountain which is located on east side of Lishan. There are few tea farms in Chilai producing excellent (but low yield) high mountain tea.
This Chilai winter tea has aroma of bamboo leaves and white flower, with nose of icing. Smells little bit like Lishan tea.
The tea is sweet and elegant. If you wait for minutes to let the tea cooler, the floral flavor will bloom in your mouth, and the sweetness tastes like brown sugar.
