Hua-Gang is one of the best high mountain tea region in Taiwan. Dayuling is called the KING of high mountain tea, and Hua-Gang is the QUEEN of the high mountain tea.
2022 華崗冬茶有濃郁的蘭花香氣，和經典的竹子與糖霜香。
喝起來細緻柔順，非常平衡完美，沒有一點澀感。尾韻帶著礦物氣息。可以說是零缺點的好茶。
The 2022 Huagang winter tea has rich aroma of orchid, bamboo and icing which are classic notes of well made high mountain tea.
The tea is very delicate, soft and tender, balance and perfect without any astringent feel. The flavor is floral, umami and mineral that you can't find a defect.
