華崗是和大禹嶺齊名的台灣高山茶最佳產區，被譽為高山茶之后 (大禹嶺為高山茶之王)。
Hua-Gang is one of the best high mountain tea region in Taiwan. Dayuling is called the KING of high mountain tea, and Hua-Gang is the QUEEN of the high mountain tea.
華崗春茶維持一貫的檸檬奶油香氣，帶一點蘭花香與竹子香。
茶湯喝起來結構紮實，口感偏向綠茶一點點，充滿竹子般優雅滋味，尾韻有輕微澀感。
The Huagang spring tea maintains its signature lemon cream aroma, complemented by hints of orchid and bamboo.
The tea boasts a firm structure, leaning slightly towards the profile of a green tea. It is imbued with the elegant flavors of bamboo, and finishes with a subtle astringency.
