鐵觀音春茶擁有經典、深沉、迷人的木質香，帶著煙燻、果乾、焦糖香氣。春茶於四月採收製作，剛烘好的時候果乾氣息比較少，兩三個月後水果香氣會增加。
茶湯喝起來有著可可、黑巧克力風味，以木質調為主，風格硬實，尾韻回甘。烘焙後等待兩三個月，通常果酸感會開始提升，變得更多層次。
This Tieh-Kuan-Yin spring tea got classic, deep and charming woody aroma, with nose of smoke, dried fruit and caramel. This spring tea is harvested and made in April. The smell of dried fruit is less when it is just roasted, and the aroma of the fruit will increase after two or three months.
The tea soup tastes like cocoa and black chocolate, with a woody tone. The style of tea is firm and hard with sweet aftertaste. The tea will be more fruity two or tree months after roasted. (Roast on April 2023)
